      Update on ACE WiFi Service

      Dear ACE Passengers,

Back in January 2019, ACE announced that it was looking to resolve the strains on the current WiFi system with the intent to look at options to enhance ACE WiFi service.

The contractor for WiFi services decided not to renew their agreement with ACE. As a result, ACE trains will not have WiFi onboard beginning July 1, 2019.

ACE staff will continue to work on securing a vendor that will not only provide WiFi, but will upgrade the current system with state of the art equipment and ensure faster and more reliable WiFi service.

We understand the importance of WiFi to ACE passengers and appreciate your patience and understanding as we seek to provide the best WiFi service that is available.
