Information for San Jose Passengers
Monthly pass holders who wish to park at the San Jose station may
now request their parking vouchers from ACE Headquarters!
Here are three ways to get your parking voucher:
- Passengers who are on automatic monthly renewal may send an
email request for parking vouchers to be sent with their monthly
ticket order.
- Passengers who purchase their monthly pass online may put in the
request in the "additional information" field when purchasing their
ticket.
- All other passengers must fax a copy of their monthly pass with
their request. Please include your name, phone number, and the
address you want your parking voucher mailed to or pick up station
preference. A limited amount of parking vouchers will still be
available at the Stockton station customer service desk. Please send
your email requests to
briang@acerail.com or fax requests to (209) 944-6230.
Directions
From Hwy 4 (accessible from Hwy 99 and I-5), take the Stanislaus
exit and head north. Turn right at Weber Avenue and go approximately
two and a half blocks. »
