If you would like to be removed from the alerting system, remember that there are TWO separate alerting systems. Please provide the proper corresponding information to be removed. For example, ACE Email Alerts are for text-based messaging which required an email address at the time that you signed up. ACE Call Alerts are telephone-based messages which required a name and telephone number at the time you signed up. If the proper information isn’t provided your request for removal may not be processed. If you wish to be removed from either system, or for additional questions, send an email to ACE Alerts or call Customer Service at 1-800-411-RAIL.
