ACE Ticket Exchange form effective July 1, 2006 Effective July 1, 2006, ACE tickets will reflect a fare increase. The new ticket stock will no longer use the “zone” system and will instead indicate origination and destination. Please be advised that after August 15, 2006 the previous ticket stock will no longer be valid for travel use. Riders who are in possession of old “zone” tickets will be given credit for any unused portion. Credit is applied towards the purchase of a new ticket and is non-refundable. The amount of credit remaining shall be determined by the number of unused rides (for example, a 20-Trip 3 Zone Ticket with 5 rides remaining would have a credit value of $22 that can be applied to the purchase of a new 20-Trip Ticket). To exchange an old ticket please submit the following: a completed Ticket Exchange Form, your original ticket, and payment for the balance of the exchange (difference between the credit for the old ticket and the cost of a new ticket). All Exchange forms must be mailed to ACE Headquarters, 949 E. Channel St., Stockton, CA 95202. Important note: Ticket exchange is processed through ACE Headquarters. Station vendors and other ticket sales locations cannot issue credit or process ticket exchanges. |
