Firms intending to submit Statements of Qualifications for the Locomotive Overhaul project shall complete the form below and submit electronically to the attention of Gregg Baxter, Director of Operations at gregg@acerail.com no later than 5:00 PM Pacific Time on April 28, 2008. SJRRC will return an acknowledgment of receipt electronically within one business day. Failure to register with SJRRC will result in firms not receiving updates to the Request for Statements of Qualifications, shall any be issued. SJRRC shall not be responsible for a firm’s failure to register for updates or to incorporate any updates that are issued, or for incorrect contact information on this registration form.

After submitting the form below, you will receive an e-mail with the "Request For Qualification" package attached as a PDF document. The RFQ package will be sent to the e-mail provided. Please be sure to provide us with a valid e-mail address, otherwise you will not receive the requested document.
