ACE Passenger Survey Results for 2011

In October 2013, the Altamont Commuter Express will hit a milestone - 15 years of service.  In preparation for the next chapter, we've launched a new campaign aimed at refreshing the ACE brand and working harder than ever on the things you've asked for in the annual passenger surveys.  

Commitment 15 is our commitment to get the agency ready for the next 15 years of service with increased ridership and increased satisfaction levels among riders, and becoming an emerging cutting edge transit agency.
